On August 4, 2022, the distribution of the settlement fund is scheduled to be paid out to the Sludge Application Settlement Subclass Members who filed valid and timely claim forms. If you owned, occupied, or used land or bodies of water in Morgan, Lawrence, Franklin, Limestone, Colbert, or Lauderdale Counties, you will be affected by a class action settlement.
